¿Qué tal la semana? El veranito cada vez está más cerca y con ello las prendas de vestir se van reduciendo a la mínima expresión. Yo he decidido atacarlo de frente, todo de golpe y sin contemplaciones porque si no me quedo estancada en la combinación de camiseta + jeans + sandalias, ¡y no puede ser!

El post de hoy es "un poco más especial" que todos los anteriores. Sé que no es fácil ponerse este tipo de prendas, pero para todas aquellas que alguna vez que otra vamos a los atardeceres infinitos de Blue Marlin, los de Mood beach en Puerto Portals, o en cualquier Nikki Beach después de comer...Para todos esos momentos, el look de hoy :)

How has your week been? The summer is here so we can start minimizing the clothing we wear. I decided to attack it head on, all at once and without any hesitation otherwise I would keep wearing the shirt + jeans + high heels combo forever, and that can not happen!

Today's post is "a little special" compared with all previous. It is not easy to get on wearing such clothing, but for all those who ever go to never-ending  Blue Marlin or Mood beach in Puerto Portals sunsets or to any Nikki Beach after lunch... For all those moments, you have to choose today's look :)

Vitamínate

                                                      ¡Hola chic@s!

¡Que calor hace ya! Espero que todos estéis cumpliendo con la premisa de 2 litros de agua al día y muchas vitaminas a base de frutas y verduras.
Yo tengo 2 zumos naturales que son mis favoritos: el primero de naranja, zanahoria y lima (me encanta el toque ácido que le da la lima) y el segundo de brócoli, apio, manzana, pepino y cilantro. ¡No sabéis que chute de vitaminas por las mañanas! Tengo energía para el resto del día :)

It´s so hot already! I hope you are keeping the plan well and that you are drinking at least 2 litres of water a day and also taking plenty of vitamins by eating plenty fruits and vegetables.
I've my 2 favourite natural juice which are: the first, orange, carrot and lime (I love acid touch to it that the lime gives). The second one is: brocoli, apple, cucumber, celery and coriander! You've no idea what a vitamin shoot that is in the morning!! I've energy for the rest of the day :)

*zumo 2: 2pepinos + 1 brócoli + 1 apio + 2 manzanas + 1 manojo de cilantro

Dress Code: LBD

                                                      ¡Hola chic@s!

¿Qué tal el fin de semana? El domingo tuve un evento de tarde-noche que requería un "dress code" más arreglado. Para la ocasión elegí un LBD, sobrio y elegante. No quise cargarme mucho, así que el maquillaje fue muy natural, las joyas en azul noche y el clutch en azul aguamarina.

How has your weekend been? On Sunday I attended to an evening event which required a smart "dress code". So I chose to wear a LBD, simple and elegant. I did not want to look extravagant, so

¡Viernes!¡Cómo me gustan los viernes! Ayer tuve una cena en casa de unos amigos, fue en una finca rústica y para la ocasión elegí este conjunto: cómodo, práctico, sencillo y divertido :) ¡me encantan los baggy pants! y en especial estos, ¡los llevaría todos los días! lástima que no puedo :(

Friday! I really enjoy Fridays! Yesterday I had dinner in a friend's rural house and for the special moment I chose this outfit: comfortable, easy, simple and fun :) I love baggy pants so much! and especially these, I wish I could wear them every day! However, I cannot do it :(

The beauty was very basic: a little bit of CHANEL ROUGE COCO HYDRATING CRÈME LIP COLOR NUMBER 80 ETOLE (I love this color and the final result in my lips!) and ASTOR LACQUE DeLuxe 598 VIP BLUE midnight blue metallic pedicure.
